Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within Australia.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping on orders of $50 or more
• $7.95 flat-rate shipping on orders under $50

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Our products ship from our international suppliers, so please allow around 7 to 14 business days for delivery in total. Remote areas may take a little longer. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Christmas orders

For delivery before Christmas, we recommend ordering by early December.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, please contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
